Reservation conditions

Normal check-in time is 3pm - with some flexibility subject to readiness
Departure time is by 10.00 am - flexible depending on bookings
Deposit of 50% is required to secure booking via Credit Card /Cheque / direct deposit.
Reasonable notice of cancellation is required. Deposit will be refunded subject to approval.
Prices are subject to change without notice, confirm tariff at time of booking.
If extra cleaning is needed a fee will apply and all damages must be paid for.
Sorry, no pets!
Our facility is not suitable for children – with the exception of infants.
This is a non-smoking establishment.
